Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns

You have ​14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please do not return items without notifying us.

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at hopehouseworkshop@gmail.com to request a returns form. After receiving the returns form place the item securely in its original packaging, include the returns form provided and return to the following address:

Please note unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and retain your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Returned items will be refunded in total including any original shipping costs if applicable.

Missing Refunds

If you have received a refund notification email from us but have not received your refund yet, please check with your credit card company, PayPal or bank first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If you have still not received your refund, please contact us at hopehouseworkshop@gmail.com

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at hopehouseworkshop@gmail.com or call us on ‭07985 239300‬ within 14 days to arrange a return and refund or a replacement.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Returned items will be refunded in full inclusive of any original shipping costs if applicable.

 

Undeliverable Parcels

If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund (including delivery charges) unless the address provided is incorrect or the recipient has refused delivery; in which case only the cost of the goods will be refunded.

We cannot re-dispatch orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place a new order on our website.
